Cancellation Policy

Jopters.com is very keen towards addressing its customers requirements that may be immediate and requesting solution on urgent basis. Hence, reference to our cancellation policy. We ought to provide flexibility to our valued customers at any time provided the below conditions are maintained:

An order confirmation mail is sent to customers inbox. It signals the order to be in processing stage. The customer may cancel the order at any time until the status is changed to completed by our support. The cancellation of the order can be easily done by dropping an email to ”support@jopters.com” with Subject ”order Cancellation Request – Order Number”. The support team will cancel the order for the customer as per the request

However, once the order has been confirmed by the support department. An order confirmation mail is received by the customer. Beyond this point, the order cancellation is no longer possible due to the order being dispatched out for delivery.

If the customer has used ” Cash on Delivery ” payment method. They may simple cancel the order when the courier representatives calls to schedule there delivery or at time of delivery.

For orders paid online. Any refunds, replacements or exchanges will be dealt in accordance with the refund policy of the platform. It is responsibility of the customer to present the documents requested as per the policy. If refund request is approved, the payment will be refunded with respect to the payment mode used for initial transaction. After refund is processed from our end, will take 7-14 days for the refund to reflect in your account. Jopters will take no liability of the waiting time for the amount to reflect in your account as its beyond our control and individual will have to approach there respective bank for further details
