What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Jopters is connected with several courier companies to ensure timely delivery of the products being ordered. WE are using Fetchr & Max courier to deliver goods within UAE

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

We dispatch all the orders placed before 6 PM on the same day. From there on, it usually is delivered within 3 Business Days.

Note – Order’s are usually delivered the next day. However, if you fail to receive the call of the courier or are not there at the location provided at the time of delivery can delay delivery  as a result

How Do I Track My Order?

By clicking the ”Track You Order” on our website. you will be able to track your order. You would require an E-mail you have placed your order with along with your Order ID that are sent to your provided e-mail after the order has been placed.

What does Order Status In Track Your Order Mean?

Processing – The order is awaiting confirmation by the Jopters Support Team
Confirmed – Order has been confirmed and forwarded to Dispatch Center
Completed – Order has been handed over to the assigned courier

Note – Orders are delivered within 3 Business Days after the status has been changed to completed. If you have not heard from the courier on your order. Drop us a mail at support@jopters.com with your ”Order ID” so we can assist you further

How Do I Place an Order?

To Place Your Order….

1) Add to Cart the item you wish to purchase
2) Proceed to Check Out
3) Fill in your ”Delivery Details & Contact  Information”
4) Provide Your ”Email, Username & Password” to create your account
5) Confirm the ”Terms Of Service”
6) Place your Order
7) You will than receive an e-mail confirming your order has been received

How Can I Cancel An Order I Just Placed?

Using Jopters is extremely easy. Now you can cancel your order at will without having to send any email or wasting time.  Orders can be cancelled for the next 5 hours after you place your order. Orders aging above 5 hours cannot be cancelled as they are already out for delivery with the courier department.

How Should I Claim A Refund For The Order I Recieved?

Jopters is very flexible and has hence embedded policies to suite the needs of the consumers. At times when they might claim a refund, it is their right by law to claim a refund of their ordered product. If it is in compliance with the Return / Refund Policies set in accordance with the Law.

Jopters Team Is Not Responding To A Ticket That I Have Submitted Requesting Replacement / Refund?

Jopters has set a guided Submit A Ticket Requesting Replacement / Refund procedure for the consumers. No response from the customer support team representative signifies the lack of information provided while submitting a ticket, Which may include scenarios:

1 – Inaccurate / Incomplete Information Provided
2 – Request Failing To Comply With Return & Refund Policies
3 – In Accurate Or Dummy Pictures of Items Requested In The Form
4 – Failure To Provide The Original Receipt Received At The Time Of Delivery

 

I Was Not Notified That Inaccurate Information Would Result In No Response To My Submitted Ticket ?

Jopters Customer Suppor takes pride in responding back to their customers but also values time of both the consumers & the support team due to high number of inquiries to be handled on daily basis. The notification is given to the user right away once the form submission has been completed successfully.
