Any product packaging or product suffering minor wear and tear during the delivery process will not be refunded or returned purely for these reasons as the delivery process consists of a lot of packages being delivered to many customers. Hence, individually securing the package becomes beyond human control during the movement of vehicles while out for delivery

Any items purchased at jopters.com can be returned or exchanged from our warehouse within 7-calendar day from the date you receive it. This return policy will apply to those items that you purchased directly from our website or through our Facebook Channels. All returns will subject to the following conditions.
You can return or exchanged your shop item within the 7-calendar day from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions will apply to all orders without any discrimination.
- You can return or exchanged shop item if you receive items in defect forms such as wrong product delivery, incorrect size, less quantity, late delivery etc.
- Unused received items
- The original seal must be intact & items should return in original packaging
- The item must have picture of receipt received at the time of delivery ( Proof of Delivery )
- Please send purchasing receipt received at the time of delivery ( Proof of Delivery ) along with return or exchange request.
- Prior to item dispatch towards com, you have to inform us within the 24-hours after receiving items. You are required to send the e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org & describe the reasons of return or exchanges completely. You are advised to send receipt number & pictures of returnable or exchangeable order along with the picture of receipt received at the time of delivery ( Proof of Delivery ) at our email address. This information is mandatory that enable us to proceed with your return or exchange order quickly. If you fail to provide the requested information, we are sorry we will not proceed your return / exchange / Refund case any further.
- Our staff will inspect the return at our warehouse. If they found that the articles or items are used, damaged or not in an original state, sorry to say that we will not consider the items for any return or exchange furthermore.
- The return sent to us without informing or email to us will not be considered for any refund or exchange.
- If you receive your order after the given deadline & you apply for a refund. We will send our courier staff to pick up the items from your given address.
- If your request approved for the refund, we will pay back your amount within the time periods from 5 days to 10 working days. We will deduct the AED 30/- delivery charges from your refund amount.
- If your return or exchange is not fulfilled our return policy requirements, we will return back your item as it is at your location. You have to pay an extra courier charges amount to 30 AED.
- In case of a defective item delivery, jopters.com will pay for all related shipping costs.
- Jopters.com accepts cash on delivery & Online Payments in United Arab Emirates. We will deduct courier charges of AED 30/- from the refund amount. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. For online payment, refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- In case of any changing in return policy, the newly updated policy will be listed on our website immediately.
Jopters.com reserves rights to cancel refund or exchange order for any reason. The common reasons may be your return items are out of order or not available in our stock, any pricing errors, item delivery problems, or some uncontrollable circumstances. Our responsive customer support staff will inform you accordingly.
Did not like the Item upon Receiving it & Want a Refund?
To all our audience, Jopters.com wants to make it clear that it does not send items to customers for the purpose of inspection. There is a high charge & effort associated with arrangement, packing and delivery of product. We strictly adhere to our policy and want to make it clear to our audience that there are return charges associated with the arrangement of the return of your ordered product. In such scenario, AED 28 will be deducted from your paid amount regardless of the order value of the purchased good. The refund released will be AED 28 less than your paid amount. We also strictly advise our audience to adhere to our policy and not use our services, if in case they do not agree as these policies are embedded with the working model of Jopters and cannot be changed based on customers request. All our customers are made aware of these policies at different phases that include before placing the order and during the submission of ticket when applying for refund
Upgrade / Replace Your Ordered Product To Another Product ?
Jopters flexible policies give the customer complete right to change or upgrade to a newer product, if the find anything better at Jopters.com than what they had ordered. Your products can be upgraded/ Replaced with another product within 3 once the item has been delivered. In scenarios of material upgrade, a return charge of 15 AED will be applied to return the old product. The delivery of new product ordered would remain FREE. Kindly note that difference of cost between the earlier paid amount by yourself and amount of new amount will be applied and will be added to the return charge of 15 AED payable at the time of the deliver.
It is the responsibility of the customer to present the items back in original condition as initially delivered. Our couriers are trained to inspection of materials. An upgrade / Replacement of product might be rejected, if the customer fails to comply with the procedures of returning & presenting the product for inspection in the original form as delivered.
